Yasmin R. Singh is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) for the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
She has a Masters degree from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, in Counselling Psychology, with a concentration in Health.
Yasmin’s previous mental health experiences include providing one-on-one psychotherapy services at Concordia University Counselling Centre. Working as a Disability Case Manager and as a psychotherapist at a few Private Clinics. She has worked with people of different ages, sexual orientations, genders, race, and abilities. She has provided support to individuals with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, ADHD, relationships, goal development, mindfulness (etc).
Yasmin works with clients to create treatment plans focused towards health, care, coping tools, and management.
As a South Asian woman, Yasmin also recognizes the stigma in mental health, and limited counselling support and access to resources. She is passionate about providing a safe space for her clients and able to do so in English and Punjabi.
